SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the date of confirmation from our end.

 

Orders usually take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered at your address. The shipping period may get longer due to weather conditions, or any unforeseen situation. Please note that while we have partnered with the best delivery partners in the market, the delivery process is not under our control. Currently, we are dependent upon third party delivery teams.  

 

To know the tentative date of your delivery, kindly use the tracking ID shared in the order dispatch email sent by us.

 

Orders are delivered to the address mentioned by you during purchase. In case of changes, please drop us an email at hello.sarvesarva@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be made once we have raised a shipping request with our delivery partner.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Orders that are well received by customers (i.e. with no defects / damages) are NOT subject to cancellation / refund / exchange, hence we request you to read the product details page (including Disclaimers, Notes, Size Charts etc.) carefully before placing an order.

 

In case you have to cancel the order, please do so within 4 hours of placing the order by dropping us an email at hello.sarvesarva@gmail.com. In such a case, we will refund the entire amount. 

 

To report a damaged product, please share a video of unboxing within 24 hours of delivery at hello.sarvesarva@gmail.com. We will take up the request upon analyzing the video. 

 

Refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of cancellation/ report of damaged product.

 

Orders whose shipping request has been already raised with our delivery partner will not be eligible for cancellation / refund / exchange.
